Tapping into the favorite aspects for this birthday present, this menu was created after a meeting with the person who’s birthday it was for. Taking on different inspirational ideas from the client’s favorite flavors and changing them into something completely new and yet still recognizable. Restrictions were time, the meal had to be short so as to not cut in to celebration time, and one of the party of 10 was lactose intolerant.
